About — (01) The Founder
A practice built from fifteen years inside the work.
Eagle Eye was founded after a long career leading creative teams inside enterprise organizations — and watching, again and again, where the friction actually lives.

For more than fifteen years I led creative teams inside enterprise organizations — building brand systems, shipping product, modernizing how creative work actually gets made.
The longer I did the work, the more I noticed a pattern: the hardest problems weren’t creative problems. They were friction problems. Misaligned incentives. Tools chosen by accident. Decisions deferred because nobody had the time, or the standing, to name them.
Eagle Eye is a practice for naming those things. Quietly, specifically, and in a way that holds up after the engagement ends.

Values
(iii) PrinciplesClarity over volume
Less, said with intention, outperforms more.
Pattern over preference
What the system shows you matters more than what you wish it would.
Warmth over polish
Sophistication that still feels human.
Build to last
Decisions that age well, not trends that don't.
